Afrojack Call of Duty

Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Project
info

One of the Netherlands' largest e-sport collaborations was captured by NOMOBO and taken to global audiences through live broadcasts on YouTube and Twitch.

NOMOBO created and produced the livestream for the official launch party of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare in the Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam.

DJ and producer Afrojack was commissioned to compose several tracks for Activision's groundbreaking 2014 release.

Key elements of the game were then used during his performance at a spectacular launch event, including support artists dressed as soldiers descending from the roof and Call of Duty visuals.

NOMOBO was on hand to broadcast every second of the launch. We continued at the glittering after-party, where 100 lucky guests joined Dutch celebrities, media and professional gamers experienced Call of Duty for the first time. Some even took on Afrojack himself!

And this was also the start of a long collaboration with Afrojack. We continued to work together for many years to come.

NOMOBO COO Constantijn van Duren said: "This was a unique chance for us to merge our expertise in the entertainment industry with e-sports in an innovative combined broadcast. We were thrilled to be involved."
