HR advisor - 24-32 hours/week

As an HR advisor your main responsibility is to make NOMOBO a greater place to work.

The responsibilities

• Ensure that HR will be organized and professionalized within this scale up organization.
• Working on an improved employee experience by focusing on engagement, performance management, a knowledge base and pre- and onboarding.
• Develop HR policies and also implement these within the organization.
• Know what is going on, listen to employees whenever they have issues and always take action if needed.
• Together with the Manager Operations you make sure employees are in the right place.
• Recruit, select and hire new employees.
  
  

The requirements

• A bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
• 3 to 5 years experience in the field of HR.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.
• Availability for 24-32 hours a week and based in the Netherlands.
• Since there is no official HR department it is necessary that you know everything about HR and are a self-starter.
• You believe people are most important for an organization so you always put people first.
• Optimizing the employee experience is your main goal.
• You have a proactive and self-motivated approach and don’t need/want much guidance.
• You get a lot of energy from creating and improving HR policies and processes.

The offer

• Salary. The range is between € 2.400,- and € 4.000,- (fulltime).
• On top of this salary: a pension plan, travel allowance and lunch provision.
